Allianzen stärken, Jüdisch-Muslimische Solidarität fördern
In Zeiten, in denen antisemitische und antimuslimische Einstellungen, Übergriffe und Gewalttaten zunehmen, sich die Gesellschaft fortwährend spaltet und nationalistische und völkische Kräfte auf dem Vormarsch sind, ist Solidarität untereinander notwendiger denn je. Gemeinsames Engagement von Juden*Jüdinnen und Muslim*innen gegen Ideologien der Ungleichwertigkeit bildet dabei einen essenziellen Baustein. Aus diesem Grund zeichnet die Stiftung Erinnerung, Verantwortung, Zukunft (Stiftung EVZ) zusammen mit der KIgA das Engagement zweier jüdisch-muslimischer Initiativen aus Deutschland und den USA mit dem EVZ-Foundation Award for Jewish-Muslim Solidarity aus.
